Cinema problem

    My cinema has now stuck with an ad that won't play. It uses JW player, but I just get a black screen with a "refresh" arrow on it, which if pressed momentarily loads a 1 second playbar.
    right-click takes you to the JW player website.

    The sad thing to say is that the cinaplex is not controlled by RC/BP. The content and videos are provided by the vendors. Therefore the issues are theirs. The best that you can do is what a while and hope that the particular ad will cycle out of the que and you then can watch another functioning video for your reward. Good luck.

    As Billy has stated the ads do cycle through a list and after a while you will get a different ad to see
