cinema "readyseteat" movie will not clear

the ad for Ready-Set-Eat will not give me the green button "claim your reward", even after multiple visits to the site to register. when I close the site window, my Internet Explorer sops working for a minute, or so. when it comes back up, if I close the movie window I get the window that says YES or NO to receive credit for the film. no matter which response I give, I get no credit for watching the film. if I return to the cinema to watch another film, I am repeatedly offered the same Ready-Set-Eat film, which DOES NOT WORK. please fix this film, or delete it. please do not tell me that this issue is with the film sponsor and you are powerless to resolve this issue. please CONTACT the responsible party to resolve the issue. thank you,

I agree with you but the powers that be will give you that very same answer. I did finally spend about forty minutes on their site trying different options and finally got my credits once. That was once out of about twenty plus times. I have no idea what secret combination of activities I did to receive the reward.

I now just cancel out of the Cinneplex everytime I get this offer and come back twenty or thirty minutes later when it usually has cycled out of the system for.

I have no problem watching videos for the reward of Metro Money. I am getting tired of being asked for personal information and requiring that I register on third party websites to get them. Also having to watch multiple up to ten videos to receive our rewards is ridiculous. Some of these activities take longer to complete than a TV show.

 

As we say to everyone from my end there is nothing to fix the cinema is just a decoration in support.
