Cinema.....still

Hello all. I have been watching the posts, so I didn't want to put this until now but it has been days since my cinema has worked at all.

Most films now are not formatted to the correct size, even ones I have watched in the past. They have the "continue" button cut off, so you can not collect any MM. I am sure you are already looking into this, but this, combined with it showing up with "no movies at this time" make me ignore this feature until I am desperate for MM (clicked on an autofinish by accident the other day and wiped out my supply).

we are continually including the problems with the Cineplex in my weekly report, it would be better if it was totally disabled till the all the problems can be fixed, however you can treat it as a nice deco or bull doze it
Is there anything else that we can help you with on this topic

 

Just let us know when it is fixed......I am at my wits end with it. It seemed like a nice feature. I don't like having to give my personal info for MM or constantly pay for it.
