Hey guys,

There seems to be a few new bugs appearing with the cinema.

The changes made have been great, however the Okinawa vids play all the way through (some of the longest ones, at 3-5 mins each) - then there is no reward, no button, and unlike many of the other ads, it doesn't just automatically reward without the need to click.

It's obvious that there have been improvements. The system seems far more reliable than previously, so thank-you for that!

Thank you Domimatricks. The correct people are working on it. The issue is getting the companies that control content of the videos and the rewards to act on the issues. There have been great improvements over the last year or so. The offers are different for each region. So while you may have an issue then others may not. It does add layers of complexity.

Dom, you are correct it has gotten a great deal better. Three to five minute videos and no reward does suck. But not all that lang ago we use to get forty five minute infomercials and no rewards. So I to say thank you to RC for the improvements and keep trying to make it better.

If we can provide the specific details you need to be able to pass on, would that make it better for you guys? It seems everyone says "it doesn't work", but nobody I've seen asks about how to help you help us.

As has been stated repeatedly in various threads

1. Big Point does not have direct control. The main issue is that the content and rewards are controlled by third party vendors
2. Most of the ads have a short life cycle before they are replaced by new ads. So the problem ad cycle out before any adjustment can be made.
3. The ads are run based on the players location. Meaning that an ad running in Germany is different than the ad run in Belgium. Or even worse when the language is the same such as UK, USA, Australia, etc. even different regions of the same country. For example I got an ad for a local politician. Can we say a targeted add here.

• Internet connectivity is involved also. An item needs to be transmitted back and forth between your location, RC in Germany, to the vendor, then to the advertiser, and back again. Now repeat several times. Any disruption in the continuity of the chain and the capacity of the connecting servers can cause problems.

• So on and so forth.

So the best advice I can think of would be as specific as possible. Check to see that everything is working correctly, Be specific, Location, which ad, time, etc.
