CINEPLEX ERROR TICKETS

    Hi All

    I wonder if someone could please advise on the following I had when trying to view an ad in the Cineplex.

    Ooops, an error has occurred..

    Ad not avilable
    Ticket id for this error is 1771079925989517

    Do we have to send these ticket errors to support or is it ok to ignore them?

    I only saw the above message once though.

    Unfortunately this is not a tech question, all cineplex issus are outside of RC control, best to keep trying
    have you cleared your cache tried different browser etc
