Cineplex Issue

    Tried to watch the 3 films available for today, to be welcomed by the following message on all 3 attempts:

    "Unsupported Size for Ad Unit.
    Ad unit is currently 450x150. Minimum supported size is 300x250."

    I presume this is the same ad repeated 3 times, but don't know if it is a problem with the game or the people providing the adverts, especially considering this is the first instance of this problem, it usually works fine. Obviously, this means I was unable to acquire my 45MM available.

    (I have read the "Cineplex, please read" thread by tassie-devil, and believe this issue is not covered).

    I am really sorry but as Tassie says we have no control nor access to this feature it is entirely external and beyond our control.

    All we see in the support console is a decoration being the Cinema/.
