Cineplex issue

    I know there are numerous threads about the Cineplex but wasn't sure this was covered.

    It has been working for me, I use Chrome, but the "Question Together" video ends but never "pays off." I did get it to payoff when I opened it in Firefox, but it only did one time. The video plays all the way through and ends but never displays the payoff screen. If I click the X to exit it thinks that I haven't completed the video. It won't get past the first video (second now.)

    I've tried all the things to get it to work listed in the other troubleshooting thread.

    Maybe there should be a way to cancel an ad that isn't working, so it will move on to the next ad.
    Just an idea for the devs.

    u-tube videos all ways do this. plays the 1st time then 2nd time nothing.
