Cineplex, Please Read!

Please read the following information before posting about Cineplex.

• The Cineplex is a free feature where you can watch up to 10 movies a day,this feature may not be available in all countries, therefore some may get 10 and others no movies. This is not part of the game, all we see is a decoration in your game it is completely run buy the advertisers. All future posts in technical questions for cineplex problems will be merged into the one post.

• All movies and rewards are supplied by sponsors advertising their products. Rising Cities has no control over these advertisers

• We acknowledge that some people are experiencing problems receiving their rewards, the team are working with a hopeful positive outcome soon. In the meantime there are several things we can do to help you see the movies and claim the rewards.

• The following solutions may be of help to some, and others it won't. A lot depends on which browser you use, internet connection, broken cookies etc:

1. Check that popup/ad blockers are turned off;
   
2. When receiving a blank screen if you wait long enough you can still claim the MM after that first one has finished;
   
3. If the movie has finished and no reward collect is available, right click and then click reload frame;
4. If time has run down and no movie is available, log out of game and log back in, game needs to fully reload before going to the Cineplex collect rent in both play fields first etc;
5. Patience is required for all of the above.
