Cineplex problem

I am having problems with the Cineplex, these problems don't always but they happen often. I watch about 2 to 3 films then I get one that won't rotate back to the city, to claim the money. what can I do to fix this problem?

 

Hi Candy over the past year there have been quite a few problems with this feature, as I has said in many threads this is outside of the control of R.C, personally I gave up trying to view the ads a long time ago. Also a report was sent in again a couple of weeks ago on this matter. The only thing I can suggest is either keep trying or bulldoze it.

 

The dreaded Cineplex! Candy, you are not alone, just about everyone has these issues. Unfortunately the Cineplex is operated by outside sources and nothing can be done by the Administrators here. If you type Cineplex into the search box you will find dozens of threads on this subject. One thing that I can suggest is that you can (even though it is currently extremely difficult to locate) still close the window. If you hover your mouse curser just to the bottom left of the log out icon, you will find the "close" icon will highlight. This was a relatively new stuff up where the close button is now almost completely covered by the log out icon and Bigpond has been made aware of it.
