I read tassie-devil's thread about the cineplex, but am not sure how that info relates to my question.

This is point #3: If the movie has finished and no reward collect is available, right click and then click reload frame

o_O What should one do when the movie is finished, collect reward has been clicked, but no collect money confirmation is received?

Because I remembered seeing it posted several days/weeks ago and was glad for the reminder in the above mentioned thread, I tried the suggestion to right click to reload frame several times before the video was able to be viewed. I initially got a message that said something like "task/page has timed out"....apologies that I don't remember the exact wording.
After the video finally showed up, it didn't exactly fit the frame, but I was able to view it. I could barely see the top of it, but I was able to click the green "collect reward" button. I believe another green "success!" tab popped up, so I clicked that also as I had done with the previous movie viewed.

I awaited the pop-up to collect my reward, but instead got a screen which said something like, "Thank you for viewing, you may now return to the game and collect your reward." When I have received this message previously, I have not ever been able to receive the MM by clicking the x in the upper right hand corner to return to the game. There were a few occasions when waiting for that message and pop-up screen to "disappear" that I was able to receive my reward.
That was not the case several minutes ago. I waited approximately 5-10 minutes before trying to reload the frame in hopes that the message would "disappear" and I would receive my reward. ( I had also begun to type this thread in a new tab while waiting.) When I finally decided to try to reload the frame, I got a "Sorry, we do not have any videos for you...." message.

I truly wish that the setup for taking of tickets for viewing could be changed so that no one has to "lose" a ticket until after being able to successfully collect MM. It is disappointing to not receive MM for the time given to viewing a film. While I understand that RC has no control over the advertisers (what videos are available to be viewed), it would seem to me that they(RC) SHOULD have control over the administration of dispersing the rewards.

 *SIGH*...back to gameplay and hopes that the cineplex issues will be remedied sooner rather than later...

    Edit:
 Grr! This is the pop-up message I just got when I attempted to exit the cineplex after SUPPOSEDLY successfully viewing the Oreo "Snack Hack" video:
    • CONFIRM CANCEL?
Uh oh! You'll need to watch the film until the end to receive your reward. If you don't, you'll still be credited with one cinema visit and no reward.

      YES NO
**I clicked "NO", then came back to add this reply.
    • :( I am going to attempt logging out and back in without exiting the cineplex in hopes that I won't lose that second ticket...at least I know I'll have the third one.:(

o_O *sigh* I guess I'll just have to keep trying the reload frame suggestion and hope for the best.

    Your explanation of it being seen only as a decoration was helpful for me to have a better understanding as to why you are unable to do anything. {:oops:;) It's these blonde roots in my head, I tell ya'! LOL}
:rolleyes:Still a bit frustrating that the issues are unable to be resolved.

    Thanks anyway!:)

My wife is blonde so I have to be really careful here with my answer...lol.

I truly wish I could do something more but for the record I made this a feature or my weekly report to our management team in the hope they can get this issue fixed.

If not we have also requested tools to at least be able to fix some of the problems, I know the team do care about this stuff otherwise they would not have introduced the feature so I will keep trying.

Nothing more I can do at this stage so I will close.:(
