I am getting a message when i hover over the Cineplex "Unfortunately, The Cineplex isn't available for this account". Why?????? ID# 7318165

 

Me too. It has been doing it for the last couple of days, and it is kind of irritating to be missing the opportunity to get the money. ID# 7817527

 

This feature is different for almost every country and even some regions in various countries.

It is all run by advertisers and is nothing to do with the game so regretfully we cannot help.

 

Yes, I know this, but it was working fine up to an hour before i got this message. It has been working good for months so why now.

 

I understand what you are saying but this feature does not appear in our system as it is external.
That is why I cannot check, change or fix the problem.

 

Thank you for your responses PirateLee, you rock. Perhaps you can tell me where to suggest the introduction of another method of earning cash on a daily basis? Not being able to earn any MM some days is really limiting to game play.

There may be something in the MM-patch tomorrow. I don't think it will but you never know.

 

Thanks Tellus my answer exactly, however I must add that we have just had a round table with the Management team and they are looking at ways to make this work better with our outside partners.
