Hi not sure who to contact but I am a little disappointed with the new Film process. I am finding that out of ten movies i may only get 3 or 4 rewards.. surely this can not be right..

You are not alone on that one. I'm sure it irks a few of us that we lose a ticket when there is no video available.

 

Back in the bad old days about six weeks ago we only got three chances for a film and only had about a one in three chance in getting a film. (off the cuff opinion, not fact) Therefore getting three or four films out of ten is about the same percentage but is a three times improvement over the previous system. You are getting 45 MM's instead of 15 or none. But, I have to agree it still not right.

Also, I would rather get the white screen of death than sit through the 22 minute advertisement and not get the reward. Which actually happened. So the Cinneplex still needs improvements but it has gotten better.

 

If you get even one movie you should feel lucky! It's been more than a month, since the last time I saw an ad, and got any MM. It is extremely annoying!

 

I know find the new trick is to require us to watch eleven mini films (2 to 5 minutes) with ads (15 to 30 seconds) in between, total time involved over forty five minutes. Ouch, I would hate to be short on time when this happens.
