Ciniplexe problems

I need help with ciniplex because it is not working, the is just a black loading screen, I should be able to watch stuff, how strange????

 

Can someone do something about it please???????

 

Sad to say that the only response from the BP team is that the Cineplex is contolled by the vendors and there is nothing they can do to fix the issue. The best advice I can give you is go back after a couple of hours and hopefully the ad that is giving you problems will have gotten dropped from the gue for the Cineplex in your area.

 

if its the little black screen with get rewards button underneath... try this

first time click play then play again... then replay
if nothing happens close select yes then after a few seconds load ceneplex up again and when you get the black screen play it 3 times then you can get reward...

takes all of 3 seconds after you have done it once... still dont know what the advert if for tho lol

 

At 7:30 AM CST I tried my Cineplex the Pharoah's fire ad was gone and my Cineplex was working fine. I also went through the same thing with the black screen until this morning when it started working and was able to get the rewards. Hopefully everything will be fine with everybody's soon.

I've also experienced this problem but I find that if I try over and over again throughout the day I sometimes am able to watch an ad and then get MM. But I find that I can then watch 3-4 and then it tells me there is no ads to show

Answer to Rcgirl problem

Yes Rcgirl I have found that problem, what you have to do is leave ciniplexe for a few miutes and click on something else or leave it for a few hours or a day. It should work then.

1 - if it works in a few mintes it's maybe a common or weird problem. can and cannot be delt with easily.

2 - if works in few hours and stops and works again that may be and issue, saying there is no films is true , if you have tikets and no films sare not coming up just wait or leave it because you have been using it it to much.

3 - if works after 1 day you have a problem, I don't know how to fix that but if you have tickets and does not work try leaving it for a while and comming back to it.

Verizon at it again will play one ad and start another one and does not pay out any MM.

 

ello; solution to the cineplex problem where the advert reads "read one of the stories below"

The box doesnt fit in the window properly so you cannot click on the button at the bottom to press continue & recieve your reward... Try this:-

• right click and select this frame > open frame in new window
• read the adverts if you really want to but after a couple of seconds the continue button at the bottom appears
• Once the screen reads thankyou, you have recieved your reward you can close the window and return to your game where it will be on the screen more films OR ok... You now have it

I`m using firefox as my browser but will check back on another computer using internet explorer in a few mins but this whole new adjustment to cineplex has really annoyed me, I`m working on workarounds but sometimes even I get stuck for a while
