city hall and winter stadium

I upgraded my city hall and never received my reward from the achievement because it still display the icon on the left hand corner of the screen, the house it self does not show me if it's giving me any rewards, it is also doing this on my winter stadium.

As my friend tassie says we need the name of the quest normally as I do not want to complete the wrong quest as that may destroy your data.

So I took a guess and completed Transform into a cosmopolitan.

If this is correct your reward will be waiting for you if I was wrong your account will self destruct......

 

Nice name but you do not have a quest called "deeplooking" running in your account.

We need the quest name.

 

there are many different quests please tell us what the name of the quest is what level are you upgrading your city hall to

 

name of quest is "transform into a Cosmopolitan City"
Reach the following number of residents:1700. i have 3304 so that is done and it is green and approved
upgrade City Hall from level 5 to level 6 i have done so and it green and approved
bot i can´t collect reward, that is my trubble
