    Hate to make another thread for this, but I guess you all are handling this on a case by case basis.

    I upgraded CH, but the "Cosmopolitan City" quest didn't complete (1700 population).

    The system says you are online so just drop me an email (support) when you are logging off and I will fix the quest.

    Also thanks a lot for opening your own thread it makes my life a lot easier answering a new one.:D:D:D
