    Hello.
    I'm having some troubles with the quest "Transform into a Booming Metropolis".When I've started to upgrade the City Hall to level 7, I still had the "Transform into a Cosmopolitan City" quest not completed (which was solved later), but this quest didn't show up until I have finished the upgrade to level 7. Now, even if I have the City Hall to level 7 and over 2800 citizens, only the task with citizens have a green tick mark.
