City hall upgrade bug

    Hi,
    I have my city hall upgraded to level 7 already and I still haven't received the reward for upgrading it to level 5 I guess and so on.
    It says I've met the requirements for the reward such as the amount of 950 citizens and city hall building was upgraded but there's no 'obtain reward' button anywhere.
    I'll attach screenshots later if it's necessary.
    My game ID is 1350379.

    Just one more thing, now there is a quest available which rewards for upgrading city hall to level 6 and mine is level 7 already. It just wasn't upgraded when this new quest was available and it says the building was not upgraded at all and because of it it makes me unable to receive the new rewards. Could you fix it?
