City hall upgrade not recognised

Hi!

In those little quest things that appear on the left of the screen, I have had one for ages that tells me to reach 450 habitants and to upgrade my City Hall. Anyway, I have 2220 habitants and the City Hall is upgraded to level 6, both the boxes are ticked but the quest doesn't seem to have realised that it's been done for a really long time! What can I do?

Umm... now it's put up a new one saying pretty much the same thing, but with 950 instead of 450...
