    I have completed all the tasks for the quest "Transform into a Metropolis" and am unable to collect reward. There is no need to hurry on addressing this, just whenever someone can get to it is fine. Thanks.

    I just tried to log as you and fix the issue but your system is still on so I am blocked.

    Please email support when you are switching your system off for a while.
    (Click support on main game page)

    I will then try and log on and fix the problem for you.

    Just for the record just logging out will not work your system needs to be off.
