City Hall Upgrade To Level 4 Error

    Ello

    Well I was working on upgrading my City Hall to Level 4. I finally Finished it and then The Quest for it Messed up.

    I upgraded it to level 4 today, ( needed 450 residents - have over 1300 ) After the Final step of upgrading it should have given me the Reward. but it didn't. Instead it has Green Check marks beside the 450 residents and the Upgrade.

    So What do I do. I tried everything on this end I could. Cleared Cache, Deleted browser History, Cleared Flash Player History, Have the latest and newest Version of Flash as well. Did a full Restart on my Computer. Nothing worked.

    Please if someone has any ideas Let me know. Because I even upgraded my City Hall to level 5 Trying to get it to Give me the Reward and it still wont work.

    Thank you. I had some help earlier and they got the Level 4 Upgrade thing to complete. I was able to collect my reward. Then it came up with Upgrade your City Hall Again. This time for level 5 ( I am Already Level 5 on City Hall ) and Get 950 Residents ( I have over 1300 ) So now it is Stuck Again. Wonder Why it is doing that.

    Anyway any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You. :)

    Mayor_Rugg Uploaded a Photo. It shows how you complete Task but then It does not Finish and give you the Reward. Its listed under SUPPORT: Seems To be Stuck. I wanted to load a Photo myself but I have not Figured out how to do that yet.
    Anyway, Now I know its not just me having this Issue. :)

    Your CH is indeed Level 5, so I have completed this quest for you. Your reward is awaiting collection.

    Thank you Thank you Thank you !!! Crazy thing Don't know why it did that. But Thank you Sooo Much for Fixing it. :) :) Will let you know if any other issues arise with this level 6 Portion. Currently I do not have the Residents to even begin it. But, in time when I do I will let you know how it goes. Thank you So much Again.
