    I'm new to the game and my net task is to complete city hall, but it won't let me- I've tried clicking on it but it doesn't do anything. How can I finish it so I can move on?

    Try this link City Hall You need to make sure you have the necessary resources available to build it try using the FAQ pages as these are really helpful.
