    What i get when i upgrade city hall? Now i can upgrade from lvl 3 to lvl 4, and i need tons of resources for that. Not sure it is worth...

    Upgrading City Hall is a long term investment. The higher the level of city hall the better the rewards you receive. They are not significantly better but slightly better. But, over the long run they do add up.
