    Hi, I can't upgrade city hall, you have just sorted it out for one upgrade- thank you - and I was wondering if I was already upgraded to this one too. the pictures look the same, my city hall and the one on the task, please could you help.

    To upgrade your city hall you need to achieve a certain population level. See this FAQ for details (scroll down for pictures of the various CH levels). If your population has already reached that limit, then please let us know and we'll take a look.

    Ok, that quest has been completed for you, you should be able to collect the reward.
