clicking on farm freezes the screen

My user id number is 5241070 and when I click on my farm on the far west my screen freezes and I have to reload to continue playing. This has been happening for the past week.

If this does not solve your problem try these steps in sequence:

1. signing in to the game with a different browser;
2. shut down computer and reboot entire system;
3. try signing in from another device, different computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.

Each of these steps clears and or resets your cache more thoroughly than the next one. If none of these work then hang on and the moderators will be along soon to assist you. Thanks I had already cleared the cache and rebooted, but using a different browser worked.

 

That is great. I try to use a different browser about once a week to keep the cache clear. I have not had an issue for over five months.
