Collecting from goals

    I have completed 2 of the goals listed to the left of the screen; "Transform into a Cosmopolitan City" & "Something's brewing". Neither of them will allow me to collect my reward but both show I have completed the goal. How do I fix this and collect my reward?

    Hello Skwhirl,

    First, try a different internet browser. If that fails, reboot your computer. Then, make sure you have cleared your cache.

    If that does not work, make sure you post your user name and ID number and PirateLee will be along to assist you.

    Take an extra look at "Something's brewing" as the text is wrong in that quest.
    Its not upgrade a bakery but a Brewery.

    The game ID is the number that shows up when you log into the game near your user like this (not in full screen):
