collecting reward

    on the challenges in the upper left corner,i.e. upgrade city hall. how do you collect the rewards now. i've finished the requirements but nothing happens

    Once you have completed all stages of the challenge. All of the lines will have a green check mark. You should have a "collect reward" button.

    If not post a thread under technical question and one of the Moderators will look into the issue for you. Or you can send a message by clicking on the question mark on the upper left corner of your screen which will take you to the service persons and they will help you.

    Remember to put your id number on your post so they can locate your game easily. Id number is located after your screen name located above the game field on the regular screen (not the full screen). Good luck and enjoy.

    Thanks Billy, I do need the ID and name of the quest to be able to fix this jdtrader?.

    There are several "upgrade city hall" quests each have a different name.
