    Not really a new idea as such, as something similar is available on many other games but a simple idea like "Collections" could make the game more interesting.

    When collect rent, you have a chance of collecting an item such as map, cotton, glove, spanner whatever really.
    When you collect a group of items or collection, you can trade it in for a prize.
    Simples. Right?
