Several of my buildings appear within what should be the commercial building range, but when i click on the buildings, they show as not being close enough. At first, I thought I just goofed, even moved a couple to get them closer, but it keeps happening, with different buildings.

Earlier, it was a couple of the French Fry palaces. Now it is my newest (not yet fully upgraded) lumber camp is shown to be within the square for the pizza restaurant, but its not checked when I click on the building and I am not getting the needs revenue I shoulc.

  2. Try this:
display foundation view to see the layout of the buildings.
Then lift the commercial building with the "move" tool to see if it really reaches to all buildings in question.

When checking in full view by just hovering pointer over the building it can be misleading due to 3D display or due to every applicable building being checked regardless whether it is in the range or not.

Yes, I did that. It actually was covered earlier, but now is not... though it should be.

  4. OK, in that case Pirate will need your ID number to quickly find your account and fix it.

Just checking: Are the shops filled with goods? If the shops are empty the buildings won't show needs revenue
