Help! How do you solve the issue that the game keeps telling me that there is no internet connection, when there is? Getting annoying, and about two seconds from deactivating my account!

kapaul0, Sorry to hear about your difficulty. You will get this message when the connection between your computer and the servers running the game lose connectivity or adeqiate band widt issues.. Have you tried the standard clearing of the cache's; Using a different browser; Restarting the computer from a cold start. This some times helps by reducing the amoung of information needed to be sent back and forth.

Also please go back and edit your post and include you ID number. This helps us to locate your account and look into your problem.

Let us know if any of this helped and we will move on from there..

I've found that I will often get disconnected if I happen to leave the game at the map screen after logging in (for example, doing something else while it loads) even when I have no issues otherwise, so that is something to be aware of. Sometimes it happens rather quickly, so if that is your case, just be on-top of it. Otherwise, clearing the cache will usually resolve it.

It happens to me quite frequently as well. It only takes a millisecond to lose connection with the server. In my experience it happens a lot more when doing events as there is a bigger demand on the server and the flash player can't keep up with everything going on - which can get extremely frustrating. Arsuru's suggestion of clearing ALL cache's does help and completely shutting down your computer for ten seconds or so before restarting works wonders for the whole system as a re-boot does not clear the systems memory. I hope you will stick around. The game has a few little annoying glitches here and there, but it's worth persevering :)

Another factor is how much data is being transmitted at that time. If you are running multiple internet programs at one time seems to cause this to happen more often. For example down loading updates or a video. running facebook and twiter etc. and playing the game at the same time eats up the available band width and the game tends to lose connection. o_O
