Concerns about purchases

I just bought 2 'Rent Collectors' I have not received them. Please, If you could look into this matter it would be appreciated.

 

Hi Auntina, occasionally there is a delay in receiving them, can you please clear your cache log out and reboot your computer. that may be all that is needed .
