    I just bought 2 'Rent Collectors' I have not received them. Please, If you could look into this matter it would be appreciated.
     
  2. Hi Auntina, occasionally there is a delay in receiving them, can you please clear your cache log out and reboot your computer. that may be all that is needed .
    let me know how you go, gl
    if that does not work we will have to go to the next step

    I have sent the ticket. Would you happen to know about how long it will take for them to fix this?
