    I am unable to upgrade Condo Tower in the mountains.

    Can you check, what's going on with this "friend"?

    I do not know I have tried everything in my repatoire and no luck. Only thing I did not try was resetting the resources. I can try that if you want me too. You may have to send in a support ticket.
