connection lost!!!again!!!

i stopped playing this game for more than a month,coz evrytime i tried completing an event i will get connection lost message......so after getting seriously fed up i thought....hmm maybe i shd stop playing till dis issue get resolved once and for all!den i start again n a full day i dnt get a single issue even if few ppl still suffer,n nw when i am just bout to complete my event....surprise surprise it happens again!
I ask u if it is ever going to be resolved.....(n pls dnt suggest to clean my cache or history or cookie or cake or pie or what not....!)

Please use support system from the game "?" (question mark) to fill out a ticket with your issue. Unfortunately there is nothing else we can help you with on the forum other then the usual steps to clean browser and flash cache,or use another browser.

 

I was getting connection lost 95%

I have not gotten it for awhile so I can say that my solve worked for me

I changed the graphics to low (it still looks good) and I wait a least a minute after game loads to click on anything

I also have the game load full screen don't know if all or part helps bur be exact on what I changed

I think the big thing is waiting a Minute before clicking
