Connection lost on rent collecting

    Whatever residential building I click, the game closes with "Connection lost message". I have to log in 100 times in a row to collect the rent. Considering that the 3rd stage of last event requires a lot of "rent" items, I'm very upset :(

    Have you tried clearing your browser and flash player caches? Sometimes (not always) this will help. Also logging in on a different browser or computer can help. Have had this happen to me but with production (farms, mills, etc.) and usually the clearing thing works, and using a different browser or computer has worked when that failed.     It does seem more frequent when doing events. Server issue no doubt :( Very frustrating at times

    As geflin said on occasions this could be a cache problem when you clear your cache/browser history log off and reboot your computer then try a different browser.
    if that does not work please give us your id number, that will make it easier for us to find your account
