    socallivin ID 7371483 - Is the connection lost issue ever going to be fixed? It seems like it works for a while and then the connection lost comes up again...and again...and again.

    Can you try another browser please, no matter how many times I try I cannot duplicate this error.

    It does it rather randomly...some days it doesn't do it and other days it is continuous to the point I leave the game for a few days.

    Dont get me wrong I know this problem is happening to many I just cannot make it happen to me, and if I cannot make it happen I cannot ask anyone to fix it.

    We will keep trying everything to get a handle on the issue.

    It seems to happen more on Windows 8 computer than Windows 7

    I have tried in vain to duplicate this using windows 8.1 Mac Air and even parrot on Ipad.

    I keeping getting this connection lost error. I am currently working on an even, Artist Week, due to expire in less than two days. I have already cleared my cache but it still keeps happening.Please help! ID #8411159

    As I said this has been reported many times but it is not something in the system. If it where we would all get the exact same problem and since I cannot even duplicate the issue clearly it cannot be in Bigpoints system.
