Connection lost

    Reopen that thread, problem NOT solved. Getting this every time I try to play. Not using wifi, no progblems with ANY other sites.

  3. Firstly please do not double post as in the future this may, in the future incur an infraction. I have deleted the other post with this name

    Secondly I have gone back over a month and have not found a previous post by you on your problem.

    Before we look any further please clear you browser/cache then log out of the game the completly reboot your computer and use a different browser to re log into he game.
    After all this if your problem is not resolved please let us know exactly what your problem is and we also need your id number, thankyou

    iceman1962 Login issues and connectivity issues can have so many causes and only a few are caused by the game. For the moderators to help they need to have additional information.
    1. Your ID - So they can access your game and see what is happening
    2. A detail description of what is occuring - So they can focus on your particular issue the more information the better
    3. Screen shots of your problem can help - A picture is worth a thousand words.
    4. Patience - Moderators are volunteers they have jobs and family obligastions of their own to take care of also.
    5. Patience 2 - Also Moderators are located in different parts of the world. So time zones do play a factor on when and how fast they respond.
    The moderators try their best to help everyone. Any one who has been around for a while can tell you that log in issues are terrible. Hope things go well for you and you are up and running soon.

    "My" issue was resolved, so the threads get closed out. It's much easier for the Moderators to deal with each persons issues separately.

    I rarely get these issues, but Tassie's suggestion(s) usually resolves it. One other thing to try, is to shut down your PC completely for about 20 seconds and re-start. A cold boot can resolve all sorts of issues if your using MS-Windows. Again if your using Windows, Adobe updated their flash player late last week. You may find this may help as well.
     
  6. Having just looked at your account I have seen that every day for the past week you have been selling in the market place, I believe then that your problem has been resolved for a while. It was nice of you to advise us of this,
