Connectivity issues

Hi guys and gals,

I'm having terrible issues with almost all game aspects - even loading the forum has been difficult!

I cannot start production in any facility, the rent collector is not working, I cannot access the market, deliver goods to commercial buildings, neither can I deliver gold for the challenge!

I've tried patiently waiting for the entire screen to populate, and for all action screens to display fully, but to no avail.

I'm hoping that this issue is one that is easily resolved. I have logged in/out, cleared the caches, and done all I know how to do on my end.

FYI Update - most of the issues are resolved, but play is still a bit clunky.

G`day Dom,
a lot of your issues are most likely to do with display, this can nearly always be fixed by clearing your browser, flash cache delete your cookies history etc.
then completely shut down your computer and when rebooted log into the game using a different browser etc.
if this does not resolve your problem we can reset your data. be mindful that when we do this your power/mood levels also will most likely change.

Thanks Tas! I did most of that, and the problem has been resolved. I blame my house mate - he was stealing the signal! Lol
