Consistant crashing during weekly quest.

Hello, my User ID 8134839,

I am having issues with loosing connection when collecting items required for weekly quest. Either when I am collecting from residencies or collect from street items the game will load, I will patiently wait for all system adverts to load, then I will start collecting from either my houses or from street icons and I will get a pop up saying I have no internet connection even though I test and with several other programs that use the internet and they show fast, consistent connection. I have yet to finish a single weekly quest in over a month due to this issue and am now in danger of missing the once a year Winterfest final reward as I am getting this error every single time I go to collect the used pine trees for hours now (I also got it several times during the various residential quest drop collection, but this time the error is more persistent) and after a click a few I get the no internet error pop up which throws me out of the game. Any attempt to reload often results in a continuous loading circle unless I restart my browser. I have also done this with a freshly opened browser (internet explorer 11, adobe flash is up to date according to the adobe site) Any assistant in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

 

Everyone was having issues but this should now be cleared up can you please check?.

 

I am able to log on and collect rent again, but time ran out on my winterfest 2014 weekly mission so I cannot confirm if I am able to collect the used fern trees without crashing....

 

It was a mistake that let us start winterfest, the real one is in three weeks.
I to started it on my other account to get some quick MMs. When I tried to quit it to start an other event the game crashed every time so I had to let it time out and when it did it crashed the game, hard. Restarted my computer and all was back to normal.
Just trying to say, as it wasn't fully tested it may have been that that caused your more recent problems.
