    How do I get more construction ( black gloves) points without buying them

    If you follow the "quests" on the left hand side of your screen it should guide you through the process. Failing that, grow some tomatoes, put them in a "veg stand", and put that veg stand close enough to your residences that need tomatoes that it "sells" them to your residents.

    In addition, your citizens from those buildings must be workers.
