Construction times

    Is it just me or does construction time lack uniformity. In some builds 400 bricks takes 40 minutes, in others 400 bricks takes 10 minutes. There should be a general rule for each material. I would suggest for bricks 1 brick should be 0.1 minutes. This way 400 bricks would be 40 minutes.

    Not quite. The timer depend more on the level you unlock the permit for that building. For example, it wouldn't be fair for a low level building which require 400 bricks to have the same building rate as a higher level building which also require 400 bricks.
