    I was wondering if there is a cap on the price of contracts in the emergency systems. I looked but couldn't find an answer.

    I have been playing for several years and there appears to be no upper limit for the value of a specialist in the ER system. The only limit I have found is the willingness of you to pay the cost. Good luck with this decision it gets tough after a while
