Cosmopolitan City Challenge Reward Problem

    Hi guys sorry to bother you again. The Transform into Cosmopolitan City Challenge says it is complete but has not allowed me to collect the rewards and unable to access the city hall. Thank you again.

    Hold off doing anything the game just reset and now I have two hours left on constructing the city hall. Will com back with update.

    After finally completing the City Hall for the third time did not get the reward. Good luck. Thank you.

    The quest is now complete and the reward waiting for you to collect.
