Forgive me this might of been asked or suggested before. I am not one for looking up old information. I was just about to demolish a building when I thought hang on I will loose a lot of materials and possibly MM if used. I no you get the building permit back, but what about the beams, bricks etc. it would be good if you could get say a percentage of the materials back or possibly like a mortgage if the house is smaller than the one your building you get a small deposit towards it either in MM or materials or cc. please feel free to elaborate on this or put it in English for others to understand I don't think I understand it and I have read it 10 times.

Wrighty8 Sad to say the materials are gone forever. That is the cost of demolition. But as you did notice that the permit for the building will return to the Designer Depot. If you think you might need or want the building back move it to the storage area. You might do that for a few days or weeks until you are certain you want to eliminate the building. Good luck with your decision.

You get 10% of the permit or upgrade cost of that level, I believe, in CC only, and that is all you get other than the permit itself. You will loose any RIs as well.
