Designer apartment rent collect issue

    I built a new designer apartment on my coastal area. I completed all the 4 stages and chose capitalist to move in the house. Next time i came back to coastal area the house looked still like a construction site but i could collect rent.

    When i moved my cursor over the construction site it told me to start stage 3/4 to finish the house! I waited for a week or so but it was still like that. Then i decided to do it all over again. So now i have completed stages 3/4 and 4/4 TWO different times and had to spend the materials needed for that 1 time too much.

    Now the house looks like it should from the outside, a completed building. The only problem is that when ever i come to the coastal area, it shows that i can collect the rent, a coin is hovering over the building. However when i click the building, the coin dissappears but NO rent is collected. If i go to the city and come back to the coast, the same thing happens. And it can be redone as many times as desired. Only problem is, that i dont get any rent from that useless building.

    We have many players with the same issue and have asked our developers to fix the problem.

    I will leave this open so you can let us know when it is fixed.:(:(:(

    It seems like the problem is fixed now. Thank you once again!

    Not so fast.. I just noticed that the problem is back. I just collected my rent from the coastal area and went to the city. A while after i went back to coast and it showed i could "collect the rent" again. But of course no rent is gotten. So now its still saying "collect the rent" when i move my cursor over the building. So basically we are back in square one..

    i have found this happens a lot, but i just close browser and open again then it works fine.
