Disconnecting

    I cannot edit my previous threads so I have to start this new one!!

    I am having alot of trouble with the game disconnecting and not being able to get back into the game for hours!! When I go to change locations and the try and go back to the city, it just hangs and I give it about 10 minutes then reload the page and I can't get back in for hours!!

    The this evening, I left the game for a while and came back to a black screen, I refreshed the page and no change and then I logged out and tried to log back in and was able to get back into the game for about 2 minutes then I got disconnected and can't get back in, it has been about 60 minutes!!

    PLEASE FIX THIS!!

    Have you performed the usual steps of cleaning browser cache, cleaning flash cache and testing on a different browser?

    Can you please look into this for me as it is becoming a pain now.
    These problems seemed to start with the new mountain playfield.

    Anyway I have been putting up with this for weeks ( lifes to short and all that )
    It started to get better a couple of weeks ago but it has been most of the day 24th July that it just won´t stay connected for more than a couple of minutes.

    I have cleared Flash and my history and tried on more than one browser and on more than one PC

    Please help as it is doing my head in now :(

    I have cleared my cache, tried 2 other browsers and restarted my computer all to no avail - it still takes several hours before I can get back into the game.

    I was finally able to log in today but then I lost connection again, I cleared my cache and tried 2 other browsers, restarted my computer and then after a couple of hours I got to the cities page, i tried to click on an area and nothing happened so I refreshed the page and it just came up as a white page and now after refreshing the page again nothing is happening!! This is getting frustrating and if it weren't for the money i have spent on this game and the enjoyment i get once it is working, i would give up on it!! I seem to be having problems with it every day now!!

    PLEASE FIX IT!!

    I have been disconnected 4 times today and out of 111/2 hours have only managed to be logged in for about 1 1/2 hours maximum!! This is soooo frustrating!!

    Connection lost threads have been consolidated into one while we are gathering more information about this connection lost issue.
