Display info for Energy and Mood the same way as Mayor lv

    It would be nice to be able to see how much mood / energy you need to get to a tier - even though the sound is quite funny when you go below 75% :p

    And an update of Helpful Topics Index so it contains the words Mood and Energy would be very nice, and a copy under Game FAQs - so it is easy to find ;)

    Yeah, never was a fan of the way this info is displayed. I'd rather the tooltip state your over-consumption as a percentage so you don't have to recalculate all the time. At the 75% line you are consuming 125% of capacity. Knowing the percentage at-a-glance makes it easier to manage, especially at high levels when the impact on the bar by any one building is too small to see. I have several hundred of either before dipping below the line, but it's barely noticeable that I'm above it.
