Early Closing out of threads by moderators

    Hi,

    I know there have been issues with the Cineplex, but almost every thread here on the subject has been closed out which is frustrating for users old and new. Could I suggest at least one thread be maintained for users to post comments and frustrations and suggestions etc. I have also been having issues with it, but it is an excellent way of getting Metro Money for a little bandwidth. I am aware bigpoint appears to have little control, however there is more than a little duty of care involved, so just one thread left open for the community is little to ask?
