Is there a list where it shows most efficient residential building to least one?

  2. G`day Dude, do you mean power/mood , meets the needs of commercials supplying the need of the houses or ability to collect the maximum rent, most of this information can be found in the Faq
is there anything else that we can help you with on this topic

I mean everything. Also looking through the faq will take too long. Is there a list that only has the names of the residential buildings and nothing else?

I think I need to change the question a little.
What exactly makes a residential building known to be efficient?

The efficiency of a particular building is complicated issue. All determines what metrics you want to use for calculating the efficiiency. Some residences produce high rent but cost in needs and mood and power, above average. Some use little Mood, power, or needs yet yield low rent or low experience points or other rewards. So what you want to measure would determine the efficiency you are trying to determine.

What kind of houses would you recommend not to have?
Or if the list is shorter for ones you should have then which ones are they?

Personally I have every type of house in my city, Level 54. I find they each have there advantages and disadvantages. The only one I am staying away from at this time is the golden lining estate, this is do to the glitch in the coding that creates a false population reading in the game.

The decision is completely up to each individual Mayor on how they wish to develop their city. This is the beauty of this game there is no right or wrong way to do it.

  10. Personally for me all buildings with a timer of one hour or less are pretty much useless for me as i an almost on l66 anything over that it will depend on whether you meet the full needs and if you use RI and if they are classic or up to epic. every one has different goals for their game so do what is right for you at this particular time, as you progress through the levels you will also rethink your game plan many times over gl :):)

I think that depends entirely on what you consider 'efficient' to be, which you aren't making very clear. It would seem the problem here is that you're seeking a concrete answer where there isn't one. It's highly variable and dynamic, depending on what you have, a given house, the RI's installed, specialty chosen and your goals and available time. If you think it will take too long to look at the FAQ's then you may not have the patience/time for this game.

Though I think many would agree that vintage duplexes, dream garages and mystery buildings are generally the best all-around residences on regular terrain. Unless you have a ton of money to sink in, chances are you're going to need to use things that you may not want to for some time.
