emergencies, hospital

    hi, i'm level 12 and still had no emergencies. is it normal? i also have another problem: i have to build the hospital for the quest but i can't find it anywhere. i thought it was because i didn't upgrade my town hall so i didi it, but still no hospital. i should also say that i haven't built the police and firefighter station because it never came a quest that asked me to do so.

    can someone help me??

    At Level 10 you should have got a quest to build a fire station. This is the first station to build. The fire station should appear in your "Designer Depot" under the "star" tab (bottom tab).

    If you're still having problems, could you post your ID as well, so that someone can look into your account. Your ID is found when not in full-screen mode, just above the Facebook icon.

    I cannot remember but I imagine the emergency buildings will be on the 'special' tab, bottom right of the designer depot options.

    Do you have an academy, where you train people? That might need to come first.

    the quest regarding the fire station didm't appear when i was promoted to level 10 and I already checked the star tab. moreover i don't have an academy forr the same reason: can't find it in the designer depot and if it comes with a quest, the quest did not appear.

    Hospital and Academy quests are correlated with successfully finishing emergencies, since you have not had those the quest has not appeared.
    We are aware that some players experience no emergencies even with EMS system on and our devs are working on this issue.
