EMS issue this morning

    I turned back on my EMS and it has been working flawlessly until now. This morning, however, I had an issue where (while during a resident collection) I had an alarm go off and when I clicked on it the screen went darker like the pop up window wanted to come through for specialist selection but never did. I have rising cities as an exception to my pop up blocker. I failed on the call simply because even though I cleaned out cookies, rebooted my computer, and refreshed RC multiple times, the screen to select my specialist would not come through.

    I have also noticed that on occasion the screen does not properly load up when switching between city and coastal playfield or upon just logging on the playfield will not allow you to clean up or collect without multiple reloads.

    I am on day 4 of Winter Games event. Currently at stage 5 I think.

    Side note: I just flashed back to my city to get id number and even though I have now failed the call the screen is still trying to bring forward the specialist selection screen. Refreshed again to get it to clear.

    Have you noticed these issues before downtime also, or only afterwards?
