Energy Issue - All Please Post

It has taken a long time (too long in my opinion) for this energy issue to be resolved. I would like to get a good sense of how many people have had this issue, how many are still having this issue, and how many have had this issue resolved. It seems that some have said that their issue has been resolved; so if they know how to resolve one person's, then why not everyone?

Please explain how your issue was resolved to see if it has been resolved the same way for everyone. Also let us know if you resolved your own issue or if the tech team did something.

According to the German forum, they are planning on running a script that is supposed to clear up all issues regarding buildings. So I don't think collecting information won't be necessary (for now - maybe afterwards again, in case new problems arise).

 

I don't have any energy masteries as I'm waiting for a proof everything has been fixed first. Don't like this kind of mess.

 

odd that the poll you constructed didn't have a place for 'No Problem'. I haven't had an energy issue with either the level 4 buildings or the power plants.

So, they are going to run a script to fix something. Based on past performance, I fully expect to have significant problems after they run the script. Just think, the superb performance of things like Spotify, the cinema, the emergency system, the produced goods during the event and the warehouse, being applied to each and every building in your city ...

Not really looking forward to this at all.
